Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship to the US, Canada, and worldwide using the United States Postal Service. UPS is also offered for the US and some parts of Canada.

• Orders over $100 will be shipped with signature on delivery.

 

Returns

All items may be returned, within 7 days of receipt, for 100% credit or refund. All items must be unused, in its original condition. When the item is inspected, and found to be in an altered condition, repayment for S&H is required for us to return it to you. S&H charges will not be refunded unless TooHotGlass is at fault.

 

Receiving a Damaged Item

If your item is damaged upon receipt, within 7 days of receipt of the item, e-mail a clear photo of the unused damaged item to sales[at]toohotglass.com. When the e-mail is received by us, and found to be in an unused condition, we will either refund the purchase price, apply store credit to you, or replace the item. We will also refund your return shipping costs should the item need be returned. The credit for return shipping will be for the USPS Priority Mail rate only. Any amount paid by you exceeding this rate, will not be refunded.

The same applies for International orders, except we will use the standard rate according to your location. Please contact us before returning a damaged international order.

 

Packing is Missing Upon Delivery

When checking the tracking information provided and it shows your package has been delivered, but you do not have your package, you: 

• Need to let us know 

• Call your local Post Office and give them your tracking number to have them look into the delivery of your package. (USPS shipments only) 

• Contact UPS or FEDex, and have them track the package(UPS or FEDex shipments only)

We are not responsible for the packages being stolen after delivery is complete. You can request "signature on delivery" in the comments section of your order, or have the post office hold the package for pick up.
